Don’t want to pony up $399 for an iPhone? We just got word that AT&T is offering refurbished iPhones (with new activations only) for awesome prices! It’s $199 for the 4GB, (wait, 4GB?) and $249 for the 8GB. Let’s call that a steal, alright?
